Students and teachers are encouraged to keep some sort of journal or notebook to list events or log happenings so that issues or problems are dealt with as soon as possible.  A good example for students might be when a specific link doesn't work or when Odyssey lock up.  Another issue could be a photo or picture that isn't available (little box with a red x).  Teachers need to log computer names, times and dates that a student might have issues, as well as when they notified 7-12 Tech Support.

In addition, students should be using their notebook to have available to use when working on short answer or essay questions and log their project information.  That information might prove to be very valuable later if we start to have problems with Odysseyware saving things.
